How'd I Do?

No ranting, no raving.  It's all business on the weekends.  Let's see how the Saturday list performed, now that the night is over, and just like last time, I'll mark the difference between my predicted outcome and the actual results as well.
  • Chris Duhon - 5 assists, 0 threes (-4 assists, -2 threes, though he did score 22 points, so at least his night wasn't all bad)
  • Wilson Chandler - 4 points, 5 rebounds, 0 threes, 0 steals, 0 blocks (-11 points, -2 rebounds, -1 three, -2 steals, -1 block....yikes)
  • Jared Jeffries - 7 points, 6 boards, 2 steals (-2 points, -2 rebounds, +1 steal, also blocked 3 shots in a decent effort)
  • Kirk Hinrich - VOIDED due to Salmons coming back from injury
  • Tyrus Thomas - 5 rebounds, 3 blocks (-3 rebounds, nailed blocks)
  • Joakim Noah - 10 rebounds, 4 steals, 1 block (+3 rebounds, +3 steals, -1 block)
  • Rodney Stuckey - 23 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists (+7 points, -2 rebounds, -2 assists; also hit 3 bombs and picked up 2 steals)
  • Flip Murray - 12 points, 0 threes, 3 steals (-3 points, -2 threes, +2 steals)
  • Mario Chalmers - 0 threes, 0 steals (-1 three, -2 steals; the 7 assists hardly make up for my bad call on this one)
  • Gilbert Arenas - DNP
  • Brendan Haywood - 12 rebounds, 1 block (+4 rebounds, -1 block)
  • Mark Gasol - 19 points, 10 rebounds, 0 steals, 0 blocks (+8 points, +2 rebounds, -2 steals, -2 blocks)
  • Chris Kaman - DNP
  • J.R. Smith - 34 points, 7 threes (+21 points, +4 threes.  Ka.Boom.)
Despite the eggs from Wilson Chandler and Mario Chalmers, the list was fairly effective.  Tomorrow's 11-game schedule should afford a plethora of opportunities.  Grab from the Sunday list while the gettin's good, then cross your fingers.

A few links to spice up whatever time of day it is that you choose to read up:

http://www.footysports.tv/content/sports/?page=basketball - I've posted this one before; it features poor quality streaming video of about 50% of all nightly NBA games

http://channelsurfing.net - Live streaming video of all network and basic cable TV shows and sporting events.  Some partner sites may require free registration, but overall, this site is worth way more effort than it requires.

http://antiadsense.net - A little info page I've been toying with, filled with information on how to get advertisements on your blog or other small web page.  Changes are coming, but I thought I'd throw the "beta" out there for my loyal readers to enjoy first!
